I offer him to pass by to see the TV, when I arrived there and pay attention to his explanation .The first thing were to test TV to see if given information was accurate or inaccurate, it is true the TV could not meet my expectation test. Since the complain was no power I took the cover of a TV off and I was able to see the smps, t-con board, main digital board and etc..
I took my multi meter and begun testing the fuse and it was tested open circuit and also the rectifier were short circuit, investing it in details to see why these components were short circuit and I didn't trace anymore bad components. I replaced bad diodes and fuse and TV came back into normal working condition...
